Located in Hilla, Camp Charlie is an old military base to be fully renovated. Awarded in July 2006, the project consisted first in building a 6MW Power Generator Station to supply the base, then renovating all barracks and offices, and also implementing a fuel station. The technical difficulty Sigma faced and solved on this project came from the site high water table that had not been identified until the construction started.
