Sigma International Construction financed, developed and built a large housing complex consisting of three hundred luxury villas in Erbil, Kurdistan including land development, complete infrastructures and a large commercial area. It included full electrical network with a 12MW electrical station including high-tension and low-tension electrical lines. Project was partially financed by Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and was completed end of 2013. American Village is considered as one of the best residential developments in Iraq.
